Ari Cyrman is an advanced barista certified by ICAFE and the founder of Binario, a space dedicated to promoting specialty coffee culture in Costa Rica, where quality, origin, and the experience in every cup are the pillars of his philosophy. His work focuses on highlighting the value of Costa Rican coffee, from farm to cup, showcasing the dedication of producers, coffee processing methods, and the art of preparation.

During the Puro Vida Cigar Festival 2026, Ari will present a conference and tasting experience focused on Costa Rican coffee and its pairing with premium cigars. Attendees will discover how different coffee-growing regions, bean varieties, roast profiles, and brewing methods can complement and enhance the aromas, flavors, and nuances of a premium cigar.
