- 9:00 AMWelcome pack distribution (cigars, accessories, and more)
- Traditional Costa Rican breakfast (fruit, gallo pinto with eggs and sausage, smoothies, fresh juices, and coffee)
- 10:00 AMField tour and/or history of tobacco in Costa Rica
- 11:00 AMVisit to the tobacco house and pilones area (5 min walk)
- 12:00 PMLunch (traditional Puriscal-style food and barbecue options)
- 1:00 PMCoffee and cigar pairing workshop
- 2:00 PMHand-rolling cigar workshop and blending process
- 3:00 PMWoodworking workshop (humidors, ashtrays, etc.)
- 4:00 PMMeet and greet and talk with national speakers
- 5:00 PMDomino tournament
- 6:00 PMSpirits tasting and cigar pairing
- 7:00 PMDeparture to San José
- 9:00 PMAfter Party at 9N Lounge, Escazú

- 1:30 PMArtisan fair (cigars, coffee, handcrafts, etc.)
- 2:00 PMTalk with international speakers
- 3:00 PMHistory of national brands
- 4:00 PMHumidor auction for a social cause
- 5:00 PMLive music and special cocktail and cigar pairing
- 6:00 PMFestival closing remarks
- 6:15 PMTransportation to the selected hotels
